My mum loves a good picnic on the weekend as we live really close to the river Rhein. She always told me that she would love one that's easy to carry around and waterproof.

My mom and I use to have at least one wine-and-cheese evening when we visit each other, so I would combine this gorgeous board with a goat brie cheese with herbs and a bottle Syrah Red wine from the Bio store. And the board would fit super well her interior style and she always can use it for any occasion where friends and family are around.

My mum is a great cook and always has new recipes she's trying out. But when me and my sisters come to visit, we always want (at least) one spaghetti dinner. So a nice dark tablecloth is perfect – then our tomato sauce stains are not so visible.
