CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
By participating in the "URBANARA Instagram competition", the participant accepts the conditions of participation stated here. General terms and conditions apply.
1. Organiser of the competition:
The competition is organised by URBANARA GmbH (see terms & conditions). For further information please send an email to community@urbanara.com.
2. Eligibility:
Only UK & European residents are eligible to participate. Participant is the owner of the Instagram account. Each Instagram account is considered only once. Participation in the raffle does not depend on the payment of a participation fee. It is free. Participation in the raffle is also not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
Raffle clubs, automated entries on sweepstakes robots as well as deliberate misrepresentations are also inadmissible.
Employees of URBANARA GmbH as well as employees of Social Chain AG and Lumaland AG and all associated GmbHs and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Participation is open to anyone over the age of 18 who accepts these terms and conditions. Only one entry is possible per person and Instagram account.
3. Exclusion of participants:
URBANARA reserves the right to exclude participants in the case of violations of the conditions of participation or attempts at manipulation.
4. Participation period:
The deadline for participation is the 10th of May 2020 at 23.59. The entry is valid if a comment (tagging another Instagram user) from a valid Instagram account and email address has been placed on the relevant post on the URBANARA Instagram account by the end of the day on which the deadline ends.
5. Participation in the raffle:
To enter the contest, the participant must follow the URBANARA Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/urbanara), like the relevant post, and comment on the relevant Instagram post with the lottery call, including a tag for another user in the post. The tagged user also has to follow the URBANARA Instagram account.
6. Prize:
URBANARA is giving away two £1000 or €1000 (currency is dependent on winners’ country of residence) prizes that can be spent on products from URBANARA’s online collection only.
7. Winner:
Winners are chosen at random. Winners are the owner of the Instagram account that is chosen at random and the owner of the account they tagged in the comment, provided conditions have been met. Prize cannot be transferred.
8. Prize announcement & claim:
The winner will be notified by URBANARA via private message on Instagram and a public Instagram story. The notification will be sent to the Instagram account specified in the raffle. If the winner does not respond within a period of 7 days after the notification, then the claim to the prize expires and a replacement winner will be drawn among the other participants in the raffle.
9. Transmission of the prize:
The winner will be contacted on 11.05.2020 via Instagram via private message and asked to send their name and address to community@urbanara.com within 7 days. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the specified email address. The winner then receives the prize by post.
10. Completion of the raffle:
URBANARA reserves the right to cancel the raffle at any time for important reasons until the expiration of the participation period. Particularly important are those reasons that disturb or prevent a scheduled expiry of the raffle. The announcement of the cancellation takes place in the same form as the announcement of the raffle.

12. Limitation of liability:
URBANARA reserves the right, in particular for technical reasons, to limit the accessibility of the competition or to suspend it for a temporary period. This does not give rise to any claims against URBANARA. URBANARA is not liable for material and/or legal defects in prices. In addition, the liability of URBANARA is limited to intent and gross negligence. The limitation of liability does not apply to the culpable injury to life, limb and health or to the violation of duties that are essential for the performance of the raffle (essential contractual obligations). This limitation of liability also applies to the personal liability of organs, employees, representatives and vicarious agents of URBANARA.
13. Legal process:
By participating in the raffle, the participant agrees that URBANARA stores the personal data required for participation in the raffle for the purpose of processing and for the duration of the raffle. The data of the participant is used exclusively for the aforementioned purpose. Any other use of the data, for example for advertising purposes, is excluded. The participant can revoke the storage and use of their personal data by URBANARA at any time by deleting their own comment or by sending an email to community@urbanara.com and requesting the deletion of this data. If the participant requests the deletion of their personal data, their participation in the raffle is excluded. In addition, URBANARA will delete the personal data collected, stored and used within the raffle after two months from the end of the raffle.
This promotion is unrelated to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, promoted or organised by Instagram. By participating in this contest, all participants will release Instagram from any claims or liability in connection with the contest. Instagram is not available as a contact person for the raffle.
