Ordering Process

In our sections Bedroom, Living, Bathroom and Kitchen & Dining, you can browse all the products we currently offer. To order, click on the product that you want to buy and select the exact size, colour and quantity from the drop down menu, and select the Add to bag button. Please look out for specific delivery times detailed in the product description tab marked 'Delivery and Care'. Many of our products are deliverable within 1-2 weeks, but some will have longer delivery times as they are coming direct from the suppliers.

If you already have an account with us, then you must log in to make an order.

If you are not yet registered with URBANARA, you must create an account - you will find the registration form on the right of the page.

The next step is to enter a delivery address and billing address and then confirm your details. In the final step, you select your payment method; enter your Paypal, debit or credit card details and confirm your order. You will then be taken to an URBANARA confirmation page and receive a written confirmation by email.

Urbanara.co.uk currently ships to the United Kingdom. We also ship to Germany and Austria via our German site, urbanara.de. We are working hard to give people in many other countries the chance to take advantage of URBANARA’s excellent products and prices.

Delivery Process

Your order will be delivered after completion of the production and arrival in Germany. We currently deliver with UPS who provide us with a tracking number for your parcel which we will pass on to you once we receive it. This tracking number will allow you to view the progress of your parcel as it moves towards your delivery address and will also keep you notified if there are any problems with your delivery. You can also follow your order by logging into your My Account area and selecting My Orders to see the status of your delivery.

Delivery time

Each Urbanara product is made by our partner companies according to your order. We give you a delivery time estimate based on the manufacturing and delivery time and it may vary depending on production costs and location. In the product details we outline the expected time frame that each product will take to be delivered to you. As our products are manufactured individually from a variety of different suppliers from around the world, we cannot always guarantee the exact or same delivery time as stated on the product description. We will always do our best to deliver products ordered together in the same delivery and inform you if we expect your order to take longer than estimated. Once UPS has picked up your order from our warehouse, the average delivery time will be 3-4 working days.
