LAW & TERRITORY

2a) This Website and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and defined in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that the English courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute between us.
 

PLACING AN ORDER

3a) You must be a registered customer to place an order at www.urbanara.co.uk. Registration is free and can be terminated at any time (see our Privacy Policy). When you register with us as a customer, please ensure that the details and information you provide to us are true, accurate and up-to-date. If any of the information you provide changes you must inform us immediately by emailing contact@urbanara.co.uk or calling us for free on  0800 77 97 527. You must not impersonate any other person or use a false name or a name, which you do not have the authority to use.
 
b) When placing your order you will be required to provide both a United Kingdom delivery address and contact phone number. By placing an order with us you declare that:

you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
you are at least 18 years old
you are a resident in the United Kingdom
 
c) After you place an order to purchase a product, we shall email you an Order Confirmation. A contract between us on these Terms and Conditions will only come into force when we send you the Order Confirmation.
 
d) Where you have ordered a number of products, any contract will only relate to such products as are referenced in the Order Confirmation, and a separate contract and Order Confirmation will come into force concerning any other product(s).
The contract will be concluded in English.
 
e) You must pay in full for the products you order, including all delivery charges, at the time of placing your order. We can accept payment via Paypal and from all major UK credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro.
 

DELIVERY

4a) Shortly after your order has been accepted we will send you an Order Confirmation with an estimated delivery time on it. Delivery times are indicative but will reflect the period of time as listed in the product description. The dispatch time of your order will depend on the individual products you have ordered and their availability. 90% to 95% of all orders placed will be delivered within five to seven days upon placing the order. Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive an email, containing a tracking number, which you can use to track your order’s delivery status.
 
b) If for reasons beyond our control we are unable to fulfil an order by the date set out in the Order Confirmation we will contact you to confirm the expected timescale for our delivery of the product(s).
 
c) On delivery of the product(s) to the specified address, a person over 18 will be required to sign for the product(s). If we attempt to make a delivery on the delivery date/timeslot that you have accepted and no one over 18 is present to sign for the products, the person seeking to make delivery will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will need to contact the delivery company to rearrange delivery. The delivery company will attempt delivery on up to three occasions. If delivery cannot be made upon the third and final attempt, the product(s) will be returned to us.
 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

5a) All products are subject to availability. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable after we have accepted your order to supply any products then you will be offered a full refund, or, if available and acceptable to you, substitute goods of equivalent quality and price. Upon receipt of the substitute goods, should you cancel the contract between us within a period of seven working days from the date of their delivery, we will be responsible for the cost of you returning the said goods to us (or a third party notified to you).
 

CONFORMITY OF GOODS

6a) Products available to order are described on the Website. Our products are intended for consumers for domestic use only. We work hard to ensure that details, descriptions and prices of products are correct. Every effort has been made to present images of our products as accurately and in as much detail as possible, however we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s resolution and colour display will accurately represent the product you receive.
All prices on this Website are quoted in GBP and effective only in the United Kingdom. Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT but do not include delivery, which will be added at the checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.
 
b) ‘Strike-through’ prices which appear on this Website represent the retail price suggested by the manufacturer or the price as benchmarked according to comparable industry prices. The ‘strike-through’ price is an estimation only and may not represent the actual price at which you may be able to purchase a particular product in every location on a particular day.
 

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

7a) Changes to the delivery address after an order has been placed can only be made at our discretion and may be subject to an additional charge. To change the delivery address, please email us on contact@urbanara.com or call us free of charge on 0800 77 97 527. We reserve the right to invoice any storage fees resulting from an address change request.

b) If we are unable to deliver products to you due to an error in the delivery address, we may charge you a reasonable fee for any additional delivery or storage costs incurred by us.
 
c) Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of goods (beginning the day after you receive the product/s). You must inform us of your cancellation in writing either via or email or post, and return the product(s) to us in its original packaging and in an unused and resalable state. In this case you will receive a full refund for the price paid for the product/s as well as the initial packaging costs in accordance with our refunds policy set out below. An explanation as to how to exercise this right will be included in the Dispatch Confirmation. Orders may only be cancelled in writing or by email by the person who placed the order.
 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

8a) When you return a product to us:
 1. Because you have cancelled the contract between us within the period stated in the paragraph above, we will refund the price of the product in full, including the cost of sending the product to you.
2. For any other reason, including because you claim that it is defective, we will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of delivery charges for sending the product to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us (or our appointed representative)
 
b) Your refund will be processed as soon as possible and in any event within no more than 30 days from the day you have given us notice of your cancellation or we confirm to you that you are entitled to a refund for a defective product.
If we are to collect a product from you and you fail to make the product available to us for collection within 28 days of cancellation then you will be deemed to have re-ordered that product at the price you originally paid for it.
Until any product is returned to us in accordance with these terms and conditions, you are responsible for the product if it is lost, damaged or destroyed. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of each product while it is in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
 
c) We will only make a refund using the same method of payment originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

All rights, including copyright, in this Website are owned by or licensed to us. Any use of this Website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our express written consent.
