RETURNS

A simple, carefree returns policy is important – our Love At First Touch Guarantee gives you peace of mind with every order you place. We are confident that you will fall in love with your URBANARA product upon first touch. However, it’s easy to return the item if that’s not the case.

If your order is unused, can be resealed in its original package and has been in your possession for less than 28 days, you are able to return the items free of charge. Here’s how:

1. Cut along the dotted line of the Returns Form sent with your order (keeping the invoice for your records) and fill in the required information to let us know exactly which product(s) you are returning and the reason for return.
2. Place the Returns Form and the product(s) back inside the original packaging, then reseal and stick the provided UPS label on the outside of the box.
3. Phone UPS on 08457 877 877 or use their online service to arrange a pick-up time. Once UPS complete their delivery back to us your refund will be made.

FAULTY ITEMS

We pride ourselves on the fine quality of our products, but very rarely some of our products might not be as perfect as we’d like. If you identify the fault within 28 days of receipt of goods, then simply follow the returns procedure and we will process your refund as quickly as possible. 

Please let us know exactly what was wrong on the Returns Form so that we can make sure it doesn’t happen again. If the fault is found after this 28 day period, then please call us for free on  0800 77 97 527 and speak to one of our customer service advisors to find the best solution with you.
