1. On the relevant product’s detail page, select your chosen size (if applicable) and quantity from the drop down box underneath the product’s description. 
2. Click the ‘ADD TO BAG’ button.
3. When you’re ready to check out, scroll up to ‘MY BAG’ on the top right of the screen, and follow the prompts to complete payment and finalise your order.

WHERE WE DELIVER

Orders placed on URBANARA.co.uk can be shipped anywhere in the United Kingdom. Shipping to Germany and Austria is also possible, with orders placed on URBANARA.de. No matter where you call home, we love all of our customers and work hard to get our products sent around the word. If you wish to receive an order anywhere other than these locations,  contact us and we'll help you process your international order quickly and easily.

HOW IT WORKS

Estimated delivery times for your order is contained in your confirmation email, sent to you when your order is placed. Wrapped in silk paper and packed in our custom designed box, your parcel will be safely delivered with UPS directly to the address supplied.

WHAT IT COSTS

Good news – big or small, all orders under £50 attract a £4.95 fee for delivery to UK mainland and off-mainland addresses. For orders outside the UK, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll let you know an delivery estimated cost.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Our delivery service provider UPS provide us with a unique tracking number for your parcel, which we send on to you as soon as we receive it. This tracking number is a clickable link, taking you directly to the UPS website where you can view the progress of your parcel as it moves towards your delivery address. It will also explain if there are any difficulties in getting your delivery to you.
