Every employee is allowed to wear what they feel comfortable in, so long as it is neat and not offensive. We don’t expect employees to come to the office in a suit, but smart-casual attire should be worn.
 

English is official language at URBANARA, which means that although all employees must speak good English, we do not expect perfection. However, since most meetings are conducted in English you should be comfortable working in English on a daily basis. Some positions also require German language skills – check the position description for the role you are applying for specific requirements.
