Nandi Runner

Natural with charcoal border

Effortlessly cool, easy to style: keep it natural with the Nandi Runner, made from 100% jute. Hand-braided by rug-weaving experts in an ethically-run outfit in India, this reversible design features a simple braid pattern that showcases the natural colourings of this animal-friendly fibre. The understated design is given a style lift with the help of a fifteen-centimetre contrasting border on either end. Lay in the entrance or at the foot of the bed for a beachy, eclectic, or Scandi vibe.

Pair with our rug underlay to keep your rug in place and your flooring in good condition.

This collection is made according to the following industry certification standards:

Jute has taken central stage in homewares designs these past few years, and it’s easy to understand why. Aside from its durable yet comfortable finish, this plant fibre is extremely easy to grow, requiring relatively little water and no harmful pesticides. While we aim to produce all our collections in an environmentally friendly way, jute shines as a sustainable archetype. In addition, and as with all our collections, the Nandi was produced in fair and safe working conditions, without the use of child labour.

Charlene ASKS:

" Is the jute dyed? I can't tell on my screen."

" No, the jute (excluding the coloured border, of course) is undyed. This allows the natural colouring of the fibre to come through, making each piece a one-of-a-kind."
