The Montrose collection is produced in Portugal in an environmentally responsible manner by a third-generation bed linen manufacturer. For this collection flannel is used, which is made by weaving soft cottons together for a supremely soft finish. The fabric is distinguished from other cotton weaves by its nap – the raised surface that occurs when the flannel is brushed. Providing generous warmth while remaining lightweight, flannel is a popular choice for winter bed linen.
